Once your size is selected and the order is confirmed, we immediately begin crafting your unique piece. Each product is carefully made with attention to detail, making it unsuitable for resale.

Exception to the return policy:

We understand that there may be situations where a product is not as expected. As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. In this case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
