What does “Made-to-Order” mean?

We don’t believe in overproduction or fast fashion.
Each Given piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
That means no excess inventory — just exclusive designs, created with care, precision, and purpose.

You’re not buying something off a shelf.
You’re investing in a moment made for your energy, your fit, and your presence.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Presence takes time — and so does perfection.

We don’t keep stock. We don’t mass produce. We create from scratch — because your dress shouldn’t exist until you choose it.

Production Time
Each piece is handmade and made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, we begin crafting your garment based on your selected size and design.
Depending on the level of detailing — such as embellishments, crystal layouts, corsetry, or feathers — production takes 1 to 3 weeks.

We don’t rush luxury. We do it right.

Shipping Time (after production)
All orders are shipped with tracking. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Netherlands: 3–5 business days

  • EU countries: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Switzerland: 7–12 business days (customs may apply)

  • USA & Canada: 10–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (customs clearance may impact delivery times)

You’ll receive your tracking number the moment your item leaves our studio.

Ordering for an event?
We recommend ordering as early as possible — especially for international shipping.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the custom-made nature of most of our garments, all sales are final — unless the item is defective upon arrival. We don’t do refunds, because we don’t do generic.

However, select limited-stock items may be eligible for store credit returns.
If this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

You’ll always know before you order — no surprises, just transparency.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer store credit valid for 12 months, so you don’t miss out on future pieces that speak to you.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart in centimeters.
Still want a closer fit? Use Sculpted Sizing by adding your bust, waist, and hip measurements in the checkout notes. This optional step ensures your piece fits with intention.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide — with love and tracking.

From Amsterdam to anywhere, your order will be carefully packed and fully traceable.
Customs may apply outside the EU, and delivery timelines vary by location (see above under "Shipping").

We don’t create full custom pieces from scratch — but we do offer something even better:
