Below you’ll find refined answers that define the Given Amsterdam experience — exclusive, honest, and intentionally couture.


1. What does it mean that a Given Amsterdam piece is “created for me”?

At Given Amsterdam, nothing is mass-produced.
Nothing is pre-made.
Nothing exists until you choose it.

Each design is crafted in extremely limited quantities.
Once purchased, the piece enters creation exclusively for that client.
When the final pieces are claimed, the design is retired permanently.

No restocks.
No repeats.
No exceptions.

A Given Amsterdam garment is not something you simply buy —
it is something that comes into existence because you selected it,
and it will never be recreated again.

This is modern exclusivity.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Exclusivity requires time — and we honor that rhythm.

Creation Time

Your selected piece begins production after purchase.
Depending on detailing (crystal work, hand embellishment, draping, corsetry),
creation takes approximately 1–3 weeks.

Shipping Time (after creation)

Netherlands: 3–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
UK & Switzerland: 7–12 business days
USA & Canada: 10–14 business days
Worldwide: 10–20 business days

A tracking number will be provided once your piece leaves the atelier.

3. Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each Given Amsterdam piece is created on request and in limited quantities,
all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for exclusive garments that will never be produced again.

Store Credit

If an item is part of a limited-stock capsule rather than an exclusive creation,
store credit may apply.
This will always be mentioned on the product page.

If your item arrives damaged:

Email us within 48 hours, including photos and your order number.
If approved, store credit valid for 12 months will be issued.


4. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart in centimeters.
Given silhouettes are designed to follow the body with intention —
elegant, sculpted, and true to size.

Refined measurement adjustments are available only through Atelier Given,
for clients who wish to personalise their fit beyond standard sizing.
This service is exclusive to select Atelier pieces and is not offered at checkout.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Every garment is packaged with care, insured, and shipped with full tracking.
Customs fees may apply outside the EU.


6. What makes Given Amsterdam different?

We are not fast fashion.

Every Given Amsterdam piece is:
