Given Amsterdam sells and rents fashion pieces and accessories through our website. We reserve the right to update product information, prices, availability, and these terms when necessary.

2. PRODUCTS

Each Given piece is carefully selected, designed, and/or handcrafted with attention to detail. Because of the nature of handcrafted pieces, minor variations in details may occur.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

All prices shown on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where stated.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if there is another issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

4. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Given Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please review our Returns & Refunds policy before placing an order.

Due to the nature of certain handcrafted, made-to-order, customised, or rental pieces, different return conditions may apply.

6. RENTAL

For rental pieces, the customer agrees to return the item within the agreed rental period and in the same condition in which it was received, allowing for normal use.

The customer is responsible for loss, damage, stains, alterations, or late returns that fall outside normal use.

Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

Specific rental conditions will be provided before a rental is confirmed.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Given Amsterdam website, including photographs, text, logos, designs, graphics, and branding, belongs to Given Amsterdam or is used with permission.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
